Salesforce & Warrix enhance collaboration using Slack
Salesforce has partnered with Warrix, a Thai sportswear company, to integrate its communications and processes on Slack.
Founded by Wisan Wanasuksrisakul in 2013, Warrix is known in Thailand for designing and manufacturing sportswear, particularly for the Thailand National Football Team. The company, which has grown its scope to include science, health, and sports lifestyle sectors, faced challenges with tracking information and team coordination as it expanded.
Implementing Slack provided Warrix with a unified platform for communication and work processes, streamlining operations and reducing inefficiencies. "Slack has transformed how we work. With a single, secure conversational interface for work, our employees across teams and locations can share critical information faster and collaborate more closely," said Wisan Wanasuksrisakul, Chief Executive Officer of Warrix. "Slack's ability to integrate seamlessly with other enterprise systems has also been a great value add, in line with our vision to establish scalable processes across the company."
Warrix has reported notable improvements in team collaboration and communication efficiency since the adoption of Slack. Employees have reduced time spent in meetings and email coordination by 30%. The upgrade has also benefitted the Marketing and Sales teams, facilitating faster and more efficient campaign tracking and strategy adjustments.
The collaboration between Salesforce and I&I Group (iiG) was instrumental in implementing Slack, with these partners evaluating Warrix's needs and ensuring connectivity with existing systems such as ERP and Data Hub. Training sessions were conducted to equip Warrix employees with the skills needed to use Slack effectively. "In today's fast-paced business environment, efficient communication and cross-functional collaboration are key for business success. With Slack, Warrix is not only bringing employees and teams together in real-time but also streamlining complex workflows to drive greater productivity," said Thitirat Tongtavorn, Country Leader of Salesforce Thailand. "We're excited to continue partnering with Warrix to deliver enhanced employee and customer experiences as they grow their business in Thailand and internationally."
Somchai Mekhasuwanroj, Chief Executive Officer of I&I Group, added, "We're proud to support Warrix in creating a cohesive communication platform for employees as part of the company's transformation journey. This project exemplifies our commitment to helping companies leverage technology to enhance their competitiveness and drive sustainable growth in the digital era, while underscoring our strong partnership with Salesforce."
Looking ahead, Warrix is planning to incorporate artificial intelligence into its business operations as part of a data-driven transformation initiative, the company shared in a statement. The plan includes developing an AI chatbot to improve customer support and using AI to analyse Slack data to identify customer trends and preferences. This will assist the company in making more informed decisions and automating routine tasks, which is crucial in adapting to evolving market demands.
