Salesforce partners with RLC Residences for digital upgrade

Salesforce has announced a partnership with RLC Residences, the residential division of Robinsons Land, aiming to enhance customer experience through digital transformation.

RLC Residences will implement Salesforce's suite of solutions, which includes Data Cloud, the Customer 360 applications, and Einstein AI technology. This integration is set to improve vital interactions across the customer journey, providing a seamless and personalised experience for homebuyers, owners, and investors. RLC will utilise Data Cloud to unify client data in real-time, laying the groundwork for custom experiences, real-time analytics, and efficiently driving AI utilisation across all Salesforce applications.
