Mantel Group appoints Emma Bromet as Eliiza's CEO
Thu, 15th Jun 2023

Emma Bromet has been announced as the new CEO of Eliiza, the AI and Advanced Analytics brand of the leading IT consultancy, Mantel Group. Emma, who has served with Mantel Group for two years, is stepping into her role as CEO following a period of parental leave and will officially commence her new position on July 1st, 2023.

Bromet's appointment follows a strategy of succession planning by Eliiza’s outgoing CEO, James Wilson. Wilson will now shift his focus to managing executive relationships across Mantel Group’s clients.

Emma Bromet becomes the third female CEO to be appointed across Mantel Group's brands in the past three years. This underlines the company’s impressive record of promoting and incubating female talent within the spheres of technology and leadership.

Con Mouzouris, CEO of Mantel Group, expressed his satisfaction with the transition, stating, “Eliiza has been our AI and Advanced Analytics flagship for five years and James has led the company’s operations tremendously. We have a clear focus on nurturing and retaining talent and are proud to be able to support both James and Emma to grow into their new roles and career aspirations.”

Emma Bromet, the incoming Eliiza CEO, shared her excitement about the opportunity, saying, “There’s never been a more exciting time to work in the data and AI space and the Eliiza team is working at the bleeding-edge of Advanced Analytics. The speed we are moving at is incredible. AI will transform what clients are asking for, for example how GenAI will transform the way we approach data governance and the importance of building responsible, scalable AI. I am very excited to be taking on this role to continue to drive Eliiza’s position in the market.”
