Clari Strengthens GTM Leadership Team with Key appointments
Fri, 3rd Nov 2023

Clari, the preeminent Revenue Platform leader, has significantly fortified its go-to-market (GTM) leadership team. The company announced on 2 November 2023 that Kevin Knieriem has been promoted to President of Strategic GTM, and welcomed tech industry veterans Ben Fiechtner and Scott Peyser to the roles of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and SVP of Revenue Operations (RevOps) respectively, both having recently worked for UiPath.

At UiPath, Fiechtner served as the head of the GTM teams and took the position of SVP for Regulated Industries & Global Accounts, where he effectively implemented and scaled the Enterprise Sales Motion. His contribution led to the business unit's growth by more than 300% during his tenure. Prior to this, Fiechtner spent a successful decade at Salesforce, leading enterprise sales strategy, constructing superior performing teams, and managing global customer relationships across various industries.

In response to his appointment at Clari, Fiechtner expressed honour and excitement about the opportunity. He stated, "As a Revenue leader and user of Clari at previous companies, I've seen first-hand the power of the platform to drive revenue precision and fuel long-term sustainable growth. Clari is incredibly well-positioned for a new era of progress and leadership as companies around the world embrace revenue collaboration and governance to run revenue across the enterprise."

Scott Peyser also joins Clari from UiPath, where his previous role was leading GTM Strategy and Business Operations. Peyser brings with him more than two decades of invaluable experience from Dell, where he worked before joining UiPath. Filled with enthusiasm about his new role, Peyser stated, "I love data, I love the sales process, and I love running revenue. That's why I am absolutely thrilled to be joining the company that wrote the book on running revenue as an enterprise process."

In his new role as President, Strategic GTM, Knieriem will be working closely with Clari CEO Andy Byrne and the entire leadership team to forge strategic channel partnerships, nurture vertical industry ecosystems and educate company leaders on leveraging the power of revenue collaboration and governance.

Expressing his optimism about these strategic movements, Andy Byrne said, "The moves we are making today to strengthen our GTM leadership team are the latest in a series of investments designed to ensure we build on our position as the RevTech market's clear leader, innovator, and visionary."

Knieriem, Fiechtner, and Peyser's appointment closely follows Rohit Shrivastava's entry to Clari as EVP and Chief Product Officer, along with the opening of a new engineering, product, and support centre in Krakow, Poland, and the acquisition of sales engagement leader, Groove.

Clari is the foremost company in Revenue Collaboration & Governance, furnishing the only enterprise platform to operate the pivotal business process: Revenue. Today, it aids over 1,500 organisations in improving win rates, preventing deal slippage, forecasting with accuracy, and enhancing the productivity of all revenue-critical employees.
