Wrike rolls out user experience features and brand refresh focused on digital work

Wrike, the work management platform, has updated its brand identity and user interface, in a bid to support increased growth in digital and remote work.

As organisations are scaling to digital work in new and reformed ways, there are a new set of challenges from visibility to security to usability and more, Wrike states.

To empower organisations move forward in digital transformation strategies, the Reimagined Wrike launch offers two fundamental changes.

User experience involves keeping the interface simple, clean and impactful as businesses add more users and teams and also to facilitate business growth overall.

Updated Brand Identity promotes Wrike's committment to building an intelligent, versatile, and secure platform. To show this, Wrike has refined its vision and mission for the company and its customers.

Reimagined Wrike brings on changes to solve information overload and discoverability, keeping the interface easy to use as businesses add more users and teams.

According to the company, the new version was developed from extensive UX research and user feedback as many Wrike customers scaled from small teams to thousands of users.

The changes have been specifically designed to help customers achieve success in digital work while also maintaining privacy controls.

In addition to more features, Wrike has rolled out a refreshed brand identity, focusing on its mission of helping customers do the work they need to. This also includes contributions to defining and improving the way work is done in the digital landscape.

For instance, Wrike is the first in the collaborative work management category to create dedicated product offerings for marketing and professional services.

Wrike Lock is the only customer-controlled encryption capability in the industry, and two packages, Wrike for Marketers Performance and Wrike for Professional Services, deliver full-visibility and decision-making insights to corporate executives by connecting effort with business results, the company states.

To help lead the upmarket charge, Wrike has recently brought on Carol Lee as chief financial officer and Chad Bennett as chief human resources officer.

Lee has a track record of profitability and innovation for SaaS organisations, while Bennett most recently scaled his organisation from 200 to 1,500 employees and brings his recent IPO expertise to Wrike, the company states Both have experience developing and enhancing successful brands.

Wrike was also recently named a leader in the Collaborative Work Management software category by Forrester in their most recent Wave Report, was included in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 for the 5th consecutive year, and named by the Bay Area News Group as one of the Top Workplaces for the 4th year in a row.
