Vistar Media, the paramount global provider of programmatic technology for digital out-of-home (DOOH), has unveiled a series of key promotions within its APAC hierarchy. The decision comes as part of the company's steadfast commitment to bolstering its regional foothold, following an impressive track record in the first half of the year, coupled with an influx of new talent joining the firm earlier this year.
Rebecca Pirrie, who has showcased remarkable leadership over her two-and-a-half-year tenure at Vistar, is slated to assume the role of Group Sales Manager. In this pivotal role, Pirrie is expected to work hand-in-hand with Ben Baker, the Managing Director for APAC, orchestrating strategies that amplify client outcomes. Pirrie has been instrumental in escalating Australia's status from a potential growth market to becoming the pre-eminent marketplace for the enterprise in the APAC vicinity.
Ben Baker expressed his exhilaration about the promotions, stating, “Business success and growth occurs off the back of your people going the extra mile, so it’s great to be able to recognise Becks, Henry and Kurt who are going above and beyond to contribute to our success.” He further elucidates, “These promotions further affirm our commitment to not only our people but also Australia and APAC as we continue to solidify ourselves as the leading programmatic provider in the region.”
Alongside Pirrie, Henry Fisher is stepping into the role of Senior Director, Client Services & Analytics. This transition entrusts him with the augmented responsibility of helming Data & Analytics for the APAC area. Fisher's strategic vision will be pivotal in forming and mentoring a proficient analytics team, with a focus on capitalising on data-driven insights to foster expansion and growth within the region.
In addition, Kurt Woodford is ascending to the role of Senior Manager, Supply Operations, APAC. In this capacity, Woodford will assume a more substantial role in guiding all media owner integrations across the APAC domain. His responsibilities will also encompass collaborating with verification partners and imparting knowledge on supply aspects to the larger team.
Vistar Media continues to affirm its position as a frontrunner in the DOOH sphere, with a significant presence spanning countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Hong Kong within the APAC region. These promotions underscore Vistar's continual efforts to foster growth and enhance its regional footprint, firmly establishing itself as the leading programmatic provider in the ever-evolving APAC market.
