Yesterday

UiPath has announced it will host its annual Agentic AI Summit online, highlighting its latest advancements in agentic automation technology.

This event aims to provide attendees with a comprehensive overview of UiPath's agentic automation innovations, focusing on their potential to transform business operations by integrating AI agents, robots, and human input.

Graham Sheldon, Chief Product Officer at UiPath, commented on the impact of agentic automation, saying, "Agentic automation is transforming businesses by integrating advanced process automation, business data and real-time intelligence to support scalable decision-making, and we're seeing strong interest from customers eager to pilot this technology. UiPath agentic automation delivers value by driving efficiency, consistency, and scalability while empowering teams, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring strong governance. Simply put, the UiPath Platform is one of the best places to build, test, and deploy enterprise-grade agents."

The summit will feature discussions from experts at UiPath and clients such as WEX, State Street, and Adobe. It is designed to address a variety of pertinent topics, providing insights for automation professionals, business leaders, and knowledge workers on the practical implementation of agentic automation solutions.

WEX will share its experience of utilising the UiPath Platform for the construction, testing, and deployment of enterprise-grade agents, especially in improving sales team preparation and document processes. Emily Krohne, Enterprise Automation Principal at WEX, spoke about the advantages of this technology, "Agentic automation enables us to make informed decisions and quickly adapt to business changes for rapid scaling. Its integration in call centres consolidates automations, streamlines processes, and empowers agents to use natural language. This solution recognizes requests, triggers appropriate automations, and lightens the load on our workforce."

In addition to delivering insights on building reliable and governed enterprise agents, the summit will offer sessions on specific applications, such as Agentic Orchestration, Agentic Testing, and Agent Builder.

The event aims to also address the future prospects of the orchestrated enterprise with a session titled "From inception to execution: The path to an orchestrated enterprise," covering emerging AI research and agentic innovations.

Further sessions at the summit will include deep dives into agentic automation applications across various industries such as banking, financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing, as well as their impact on departments like finance, legal, and human resources.

One of UiPath's offerings is the Agentic Orchestration, which is currently in public preview. This solution helps coordinate processes involving various agents and robots, orchestrating their roles in business operations to prevent inefficiencies and siloed decisions.

UiPath has also introduced the Agent Builder, designed to guide users through the creation, testing, and deployment of AI agents. This tool offers features such as templates, testing tools, and API deployment to handle complex workflows and large-scale integration with enterprise tools.

Another announcement will be the launch of UiPath Test Cloud, aimed at revolutionising software testing by employing advanced AI to enhance productivity across the testing lifecycle. This new offering promises efficiency, cost savings, and improved accuracy by utilising AI-assisted testing agents.
