Rimini Street earns Great Place to Work certification globally

Rimini Street has achieved multiple consecutive Great Place to Work certifications across various regions, reflecting its dedication to fostering a positive workplace culture.

The company, renowned for its enterprise software support services, announced it has received Great Place to Work certifications in Israel, Japan, Singapore, the UK, and the USA. Additionally, Seth Ravin, the company's Chief Executive Officer, has been recognised with Korea's Best Workplaces Most Respected CEO award.

Great Place to Work is known for its evaluation of workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviours, which are linked to significant business performance metrics such as revenue, employee retention, and innovation.

Brian Almas, Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Rimini Street, expressed pride in the company's diverse workforce. The certification process involved anonymous surveys of Rimini Street employees, highlighting a sense of fairness within the company. Results from the surveys indicated that 98% of employees in Japan and 96% in Israel believe people are treated fairly regardless of their age. Similarly, gender fairness was noted by 100% of employees in Singapore, 98% in Japan, and 96% in Israel, while 96% of employees in Israel and Japan noted racial fairness.

Employees also reported feeling welcome upon joining the company, with 100% in Singapore and the UK, 96% in Israel and Japan, and 94% in the USA agreeing with this sentiment. Open and honest communication with management was cited by 95% of UK employees, while 92% of US employees felt positive about the company's community contributions.
