This comes as the company celebrates International Women's Day, and as part of its recruitment drive to increase staff numbers by 50% in North America this year.
Kristen O'Connor is an experienced AV sales specialist with an established and highly respected career of twelve successful years, having held a series of leadership roles at some of the world's most established innovative technology companies. She will be based in Oregon and will report to Joe King, VP Hospitality at PPDS.
Kristen's role covers a broad range of responsibilities, including driving revenue, providing data-driven insights, pipeline development, management and forecasting, performance metric analysis, and sales process optimization. She will also provide sales data management, communication, and tools administration to ensure increased efficiency and productivity while improving the sales onboarding process and providing ongoing training on sales tools.
