Thu, 12th Sep 2024

Oracle has announced the launch of Oracle Cloud Success Navigator, an interactive digital platform designed to assist customers in maximising the value of their Oracle Cloud implementations.

The platform provides centralised access to an array of tools and best practices, aiding customers in optimising their cloud and AI transformations for sustained business growth.

Globally, industry leaders are migrating essential applications to the cloud to leverage the latest AI innovations, aiming to enhance performance, agility, security, and efficiency across their operations, Oracle shared in a statement. The need to ensure these migrations align with business goals and deliver tangible benefits in a dynamic environment is critical. Leaders must manage significant process and organisational changes as they integrate new technologies into their daily operations.

Gary Miller, customer success officer and executive vice president of Oracle Customer Success Services, highlighted the necessity of understanding the relevant technologies and features for operational support. “To successfully adapt to evolving technology, organisations need an understanding of the technologies and features that will best support their operations, as well as the skills needed to leverage them effectively,” Miller said.

He added, “Oracle Cloud Success Navigator provides support and guidance for Oracle customers to help them gain benefits from the cloud faster, build new skills, develop business process excellence, and promote continuous innovation at every stage of their cloud journey.”

Oracle Cloud Success Navigator assists customers in tackling pressing challenges, accelerating successful implementations, and continuously optimising their cloud deployments. Key features of the platform include:

  • Starter Environments: These help customers accelerate the adoption of the latest Oracle innovations by providing pre-configured environments for specific enterprise business processes that can be deployed as prototypes.
  • Oracle Modern Best Practices: This provides customers with a library of over 220 standardised business processes, which include business process flow charts, contextual learning content, and guides to establish successful implementation plans.
  • Deployment Guidance: Role-specific walkthroughs designed to support project stakeholders help customers align, apply, and develop best practices for new deployments.
  • Cloud Quality Standards: To reduce overall risk, this feature offers a list of recommended actions that can be reviewed at each stage of a customer’s transformation journey.
  • Milestone Dashboard View: This enables customers to gain alignment with Oracle and their partners by providing a shared, holistic view of implementation status and key milestones from project kickoff to go-live to optimisation.
  • Quarterly Release Environments: AI assistance in this feature supports the adoption of new Oracle features, ensuring ongoing success and continuous innovation.

The Oracle Cloud Success Navigator will be available to all Oracle customers at no additional cost within the next 12 months.
