NinjaOne offers free tools to MSPs amid market pressures

Yesterday

NinjaOne has announced that it will offer its Warranty Tracking feature free of charge to all its managed service provider (MSP) customers. Additionally, the company's Documentation product will be made available for up to three users at no cost to any MSP customer. To facilitate the transition for new customers, NinjaOne has also introduced white-glove Professional Services aimed at aiding large MSPs in migrating their technology stacks without business disruption.

Vic Guerrero, Director of Channel and Alliances, APAC, elaborated on the significance of these offerings for Australian customers. "Australian MSPs are under constant pressure to keep up with the evolving digital landscape, whether it be finding ways to leverage artificial intelligence, or protecting against emerging cyber threats," Guerrero stated. "The ability to track existing warranty timelines with ease, ensuring replacements never disrupt processes and can be implemented with ease, is integral to remaining on pace with the fast-moving environment they work in."

The new Warranty Tracking feature, currently in beta, automates the management and tracking of device warranty information. This ensures that businesses are never disrupted because replacements are ready or new warranties are in place before existing ones expire. Early access customers have highlighted various advantages, with 3% citing the consolidation of disparate tools and cost savings as the primary benefit. This was followed by 17% who cited the effective management of device lifecycles and 10% who noted revenue generation through warranty tracking.

Similarly, NinjaOne Documentation is a centralised platform consolidating IT knowledge on processes, devices, users, and security. This centralisation aids MSPs in onboarding new technicians faster, saving time that would typically be wasted searching for information and enhancing overall knowledge sharing.

NinjaOne CEO and co-founder, Sal Sferlazza, emphasised the company's commitment to supporting MSPs. "MSPs are early adopters that prioritise building scalable, competitive, and profitable businesses. Their technology vendors should enable, not stifle, their profitability, and that's why we're offering Warranty Tracking for free," he said. "NinjaOne is an innovator that is obsessed with helping our customers thrive. Our success has and will always be tied to building great products that are scalable and easy to use while providing amazing customer support."

Research from analyst firm Omdia found that seven in every ten customers replaced more than four tools with NinjaOne, while 91% replaced more than two tools. Another study from Enterprise Strategy Group indicated that NinjaOne typically replaces at least four tools in most ecosystems and lowers Full Time Employee (FTE) costs by 41%.

NinjaOne's remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform has consistently been recognised as being the top-rated RMM on review site G2 every quarter since 2019. The company has introduced over 250 new features and enhancements this year, guided largely by MSP feedback on its public roadmap. NinjaOne's Script Hub offers hundreds of powerful, easy-to-use scripts, contributing to 95% of customers saving time through automation, as noted by Omdia.
