Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., a global fintech leader, has appointed Mike Sleightholme as President of Broadridge International. Based in London, Sleightholme will be in charge of offering Broadridge's renowned customer support and expanding its robust suite of technology and data solutions throughout the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions.

Before his new appointment, Sleightholme held the role of President of Broadridge's Asset Management Solutions business since 2022, where he was instrumental in driving growth and executing strategic client-centric solutions.

Sleightholme's comprehensive experience in securities services and financial technology, coupled with his history of delivering large scale business transformation and his client-centric approach, will be instrumental in propelling Broadridge International's growth.
Prior to joining Broadridge, Sleightholme served as CEO and General Manager of SS&C Technologies' DST Systems business, following a twenty-year stint at Citigroup, where he held a variety of senior leadership positions across London, Hong Kong, and New York.
