LogicMonitor partners with Pentech to expand in Southeast Asia
LogicMonitor has entered into a strategic partnership with Malaysia-based managed service provider Pentech Solution to support its Southeast Asia expansion.
Under the new agreement, Pentech will incorporate LogicMonitor's hybrid observability platform into its service portfolio. This integration is intended to provide Pentech's clients with real-time, AI-powered monitoring of complex IT environments, enabling them to achieve enhanced visibility and increased control over their digital infrastructures.
This collaboration marks LogicMonitor's first managed service provider (MSP) partnership in Malaysia and is described as a milestone in the company's ongoing efforts to scale its operations and broaden its partner capabilities throughout the region.
