Gallagher Security has made three leadership appointments in Asia, affecting regional management, technical account management and technical enablement.

Travis Lee has been appointed Regional Manager for Southeast Asia, Richard Tsui will lead Technical Account Management, and Calvin Law has taken up the role of Technical Enablement Manager.

The appointments expand Gallagher Security's senior team in Asia as it adjusts its structure across a growing region. The changes are intended to strengthen support for channel partners and end users across Asian markets.

David Thean, General Manager – Asia, outlined the rationale for the reshuffle.

"As our business continues to grow across Asia, it is important that we have the right leadership and structure in place to support our teams, strengthen our partnerships, and deliver the high level of service Gallagher is known for," he said.

Regional management

Lee's new remit gives him responsibility for Gallagher's operations across Southeast Asia, with a focus on regional alignment, market development and responding to changing requirements among channel partners and end users. Gallagher did not identify individual countries in the announcement, but described the brief as region-wide.

Tsui's appointment puts him in the lead role for Technical Account Management in Asia. He will oversee technical account engagement and work with internal teams and partners to strengthen technical support and solution delivery across the region.

Technical enablement

Law, meanwhile, has been appointed Technical Enablement Manager. He will lead technical training, certification and partner enablement programmes, with a focus on building technical knowledge among channel partners and giving them the resources needed to deploy the company's systems.

Thean said the appointments reflect Gallagher Security's view that internal experience and market knowledge will be important as it expands its presence in Asia.

"These appointments recognise the experience, capability, and commitment Travis, Richard, and Calvin bring to our business. Each of them will play an important role in developing our people and building the foundations for our next phase of growth," he added.

Partner support

Gallagher Security operates in the electronic security market, working with channel partners and end users on systems and related services. In Asia, that model means regional leadership roles often span both commercial development and technical support.

The latest appointments indicate that Gallagher Security is placing greater emphasis on regional execution, technical account oversight and partner training, with a focus on functions closely tied to partner relations and customer delivery.

"I am pleased to congratulate Travis, Richard, and Calvin on these expanded leadership responsibilities," Thean said. "Their knowledge of our business, our technology, and the markets we serve will be incredibly important as we continue investing in our regional capability and creating new opportunities across Asia."
