Clari & Deloitte Digital join forces to tackle B2B revenue leaks
Thu, 11th Apr 2024

AI revenues provider, Clari, has formed a strategic alliance with Deloitte Digital to help B2B companies streamline their revenue process as well as prevent revenue leakages. The partnership intends to leverage Clari's AI-adapted Revenue Platform and Revenue Cadence framework which seeks to capture more revenue by designing repeatable operational procedures, also known as Revenue Cadences, which consist of automating manual work and offering revenue teams with insights and suggested actions to expedite conversion and close rates.

Data reveals that companies, on average, lose 14.9% of their revenue every year to revenue leak, revenue that has been earned yet uncaptured owing to breakdowns within the revenue process such as fallen through deals, missed upsell or cross-sell opportunities, unanticipated customer attrition, error-prone manual processes, bad data, among others.

"For too long, revenue leaders have struggled with disconnected legacy systems and lax processes in unearthing the most critical questions in their business," averred R.J. Filipski, Global VP Ecosystem and Alliances at Clari. "Together with Deloitte Digital, we are elevating the standards by providing the platform and playbook for the future of revenue for all revenue-essential employees across every B2B industry."

In today's enterprise, every revenue moment significantly contributes to success. "To truly conquer revenue, you need a combination of best-in-class revenue process expertise and the most advanced technical instrumentation available in the market," said Paul Vinogradov, Principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP and Deloitte Digital.
