WalkMe unveils AI features to enhance enterprise platform
WalkMe has unveiled its latest product updates for the WalkMeX platform, enhancing its capabilities to support enterprise-level artificial intelligence applications and user adoption.
As part of WalkMe's autumn 2024 enhancements, the company has introduced enterprise-grade AI features for WalkMeX, aimed at improving users' interaction with artificial intelligence across various applications. The platform now includes new dashboards designed to increase visibility into AI adoption and provide alternatives for organisations to scope future Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) projects.
The release of these updates coincides with WalkMe's recognition by Forrester Research as an "AI-Powered DAP for the Enterprise". The organisation received the top score in the AI/ML criterion for its platform's capabilities. The Forrester Wave report, authored by Vasupradha Srinivasan, Principal Analyst at Forrester Research, notes that WalkMe is "the category builder for DAPs" and commends its commitment to an AI-first approach across its platform.
WalkMe's latest features aim to tackle challenges faced by tech executives during digital transformations, as highlighted in the Forrester report: "Three challenges plague tech execs in their digital transformation efforts: The number of enterprise applications grows by the day; these applications are more connected and more complex to use; and friction from software-related change overwhelms enterprise resources with support requests."
Among the new offerings are AI-assisted productivity tools, including improved assisted writing and grouped actions, alongside opportunities for end-users to create and store custom AI actions. Enhanced AI adoption dashboards are set to aid in optimising AI performance while increasing user adoption.
WalkMe Stories, another feature update, transforms software workflows into detailed, annotatable guides, facilitating standard operating procedures by allowing for automatic documentation creation. This assists users in planning future DAP projects and supports collaboration between business managers and content builders.
New enhancements also bring greater multi-language support, making the platform accessible in Japanese, French, and German. This development empowers global teams to craft content in their native languages, enhancing accessibility and usability across diverse regions.
Dan Adika, CEO and Co-Founder of WalkMe, commented on the advancements, saying, "It's an honor to continue to shape the future of the DAP category and a privilege to see our innovations create meaningful impact for organisations across the globe. We are excited to see our latest product capabilities in action and unlock new ways for individuals and enterprises to achieve their best work."
