Validity appoints Andrew Lazarus & Geoff Charron as Chief Financial Officer & Chief Technology Officer
The company has made two new additions to its leadership team as part of the company's rapid growth and momentum. Andrew Lazarus has been named Chief Financial Officer, and Geoff Charron Chief Technology Officer.
With these two strategic leadership changes coming at the heels of recent product expansions and offerings, Validity says it is positioned to offer world-class solutions to businesses of all sizes in 2023.
In an increasingly competitive email landscape, Validity helps companies target, contact, engage, and keep customers by using trustworthy data in ethical ways.
Lazarus will leverage his experience in finance and investor relations to scale the company for its next stage of growth. With a focus on strategy and execution, he will pull in his past experience in building financial infrastructures and enabling strategic business growth to elevate the documentation and processes to ensure clarity and alignment across teams as Validity scales its business.
Charron will oversee Validity's engineering, DevOps, security, compliance, and privacy teams, with a particular focus on innovation as the organisation continues to scale for growth. His primary goal will be ensuring Validity continues to expand and improve its world-class, critical solutions.
"I am excited to welcome two remarkable leaders to the Validity executive team as we enter a massive period of growth within the company," says Mark Briggs, CEO, Validity.
"Validity has a longstanding commitment to empowering customers with the right tools and leadership team to navigate an evolving data and marketing landscape.
