SnapLogic triumphs with generative AI integration in a landmark year
Thu, 14th Mar 2024

SnapLogic has marked a very successful year boosted by new product innovations, an expanding customer base and industry recognition. This success comes in the wake of the widespread adoption of its generative integration technology, a transformative component for modernising legacy infrastructure within enterprises.

The previous fiscal year saw SnapLogic establish records in terms of new customer acquisition, and the volume of business-critical information transitioned onto the SnapLogic platform. This success is largely attributed to SnapLogic’s investment in pioneering solutions utilising Generative AI. These tools assist a wide range of industries, from manufacturing to logistics, in modernising their technology and successfully integrating new applications and systems, including GenAI tools.

SnapLogic CEO Gaurav Dhillon stated, "2023 has been a remarkable year for SnapLogic, brought about by the explosive emergence of generative AI, offering an unprecedented opportunity for our customers to reap the benefits of a new breed of integration. With GenAI Builder and SnapGPT, we are delighted to be first to the market, and we are eagerly anticipating our next phase of growth in 2024 as we continue to provide cutting-edge solutions that empower our customers to deliver deeper business insights through the power of generative integration."

Last year, SnapLogic introduced SnapGPT, dubbed the world's first generative integration solution, designed to empower everyone, not just those in IT, to integrate their applications or data sources. They further expanded their technological suite with GenAI Builder, a no-code, click-and-configure application development platform introduced this year. It enables organisations to deliberately build limitless, secure applications with large language model (LLM) capabilities.

Companies worldwide, including Hampshire Trust Bank, the Royal Opera House, and Syncron, recognise the potential of SnapLogic and utilise generative integration to provide top-tier experiences for their customers. Customer data processing has seen an annual increase of 50%, with 4.7 trillion documents processed per month, while pipeline execution has seen a 135% annual rise, indicating the degree to which enterprises depend on the SnapLogic platform for their operations.

SnapLogic strengthened its partnership with AWS this year, leading the way with a Claude-powered generative integration solution powered by Bedrock. Additionally, collaborations with Google, Ocean Technology Group and Acolad exemplify the company’s continued growth. To accommodate its increasing customer base, SnapLogic expanded its team with notable appointments, including Tony Owens to the board of directors and Cassie Capano as vice president of people.

The company has made considerable strides in building its community. SnapLabs, a unique environment for the SnapLogic community to gain early access to advanced solutions, and Integration Nation, a programme designed to unite customers, employees, and industry experts to resolve challenges and recognise leading use cases, were both introduced. The 2023 Integrate Tour, an in-person global conference, further served to foster collaboration by providing a platform for sharing innovative solutions and advice.

A variety of industry accolades were given to SnapLogic in 2023, acknowledging its commitment to delivering generative integration solutions of genuine business value. These included: Customers Choice in the 2023 Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer: Data Integration Tools report, Visionary in both the 2023 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Data Integration Tools and the 2024 Gartner Magic Quadrant for iPaaS, Leader in the 2023 Globe for Transformation Platform as a Service report by Aragon Research, and InfoWorld’s 2023 Technology of the Year Award in the Data Management: Integration category.
