The company declared today the appointment of the seasoned financial expert, Rita Parvaneh, as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Ms. Parvaneh comes to Sectigo with a vast reservoir of experience, spanning over three decades, in nurturing projects and leading teams across diverse domains such as software technology, financial and professional services industries. Notably, her preceding tenure was at Spireon, Inc., a firm specializing in vehicle intelligence for dealers, lenders, and fleets. As CFO at Spireon, Inc., she channelized efforts for nearly a decade, manoeuvring the business into a position that accentuated its enterprise value notably.

Ms. Parvaneh’s illustrious career portfolio also includes over eight years in public accounting, specifically with the internationally recognized accounting firm, Deloitte. In this capacity, she played a crucial role in various finance and accounting responsibilities.
