I am delighted to be invited to join a credible organisation such as CEW, where I will have the opportunity to assist in advancing gender equality in the workplace.”

Since joining Schneider Electric in 2020, Monger has emerged as a thought leader in property technology. She is also a change agent, serving as Deputy Chair for Schneider’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council.

Her appointment underlines the growing recognition of women's leadership in the field of digital transformation and the concerted efforts towards gender equality in the workplace.
