Rimini Street earns Great Place to Work certification

Thu, 21st Dec 2023

Rimini Street, a global provider of end-to-end enterprise software support, products, and services, has been certified as a Great Place to Work in Singapore for the first time, the firm announced recently. In addition, Japan has recognised the company for the second year running, and the firm was also ranked among India's Top 50 Best Workplaces in the IT & IT-BPM 2023 category. The new accolades add to the firm's existing awards, which include Great Place to Work certifications in Australia/New Zealand, France, India, Israel, Japan, Korea, the UK and the US, among others.

These awards underscore the effort Rimini Street has put toward creating a workplace culture of innovation. Employee engagement and enhancing workplace experience remain central to the company's ethos, and the recent recognitions are seen as testament to its commitment. These certificates serve to recognise companies that have shown exceptional performance in promoting credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie among employees.

According to Seth Ravin, president and CEO of Rimini Street, the goal is not just creating a top-notch workplace but also celebrating the extraordinary people who are part of the Rimini Street family. He enthused, "This recognition is not just a testament to our workplace quality; it's a celebration of the extraordinary people who make Rimini Street an exceptional place to grow, learn and contribute to something lasting and meaningful."

A survey conducted during the certification process revealed that 93% of Rimini Street Singapore employees felt they enjoyed unique benefits, and the same percentage felt the company was a safe place to work. Andrew Seow, GVP & general manager of Rimini Street Southeast Asia and Greater China, said the accolade indicates the firm's continuing efforts to create an environment where all can contribute their best.

In Japan as well, employees have voiced their positive experiences. Great Place to Work Research shows that "connection to purpose drives better business outcomes", and Rimini Street Japan's survey results echoed this sentiment, with employees expressing a sense of pride in their work.

In India, following its second Great Place to Work Certification, Rimini Street has been recognised among the Top 50 Best Workplaces in IT & IT-BPM. Raju Gadiraju, managing director of Rimini Street India, said the ranking reflects the company's dedication to fostering a culture that puts employees at the heart of all its activities.

Underlining all these achievements is Rimini Street's unique approach to cultivating and maintaining an engaged, high-performing workforce. To maximise employee performance, Rimini Street provides numerous initiatives including flexible workweeks, professional development programs, volunteer activities through the Rimini Street Foundation, and anonymous employee engagement surveys.

"Building a great workplace driven by a shared purpose is at the heart of our corporate ethos," Ravin concluded. "This recognition is not just a testament to our workplace quality; it's a celebration of the extraordinary people who make Rimini Street an exceptional place to grow, learn and contribute to something lasting and meaningful."
