RevisionSuccess completes intern programme, plans RevIntern 2.0

Mon, 8th Sep 2025

RevisionSuccess has completed its first internship programme, RevIntern 1.0, and is preparing to launch the next phase with RevIntern 2.0.

The inaugural RevIntern 1.0 programme saw nine interns, selected through a competitive process, engaged across various company departments for two months. The internship involved hands-on contributions to outreach, research, operations, and product optimisation efforts, closely linked to RevisionSuccess's aims in the Thai education sector.

Programme activities

The interns took part in several key initiatives, with one highlight being the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between RevisionSuccess and Sripatum University, noted as one of Thailand's most established private universities. The agreement focused on collaborative initiatives, increased student engagement, and sharing innovation in the education sphere.

During their tenure, the interns also supported the organisation and delivery of workshops attended by nearly 500 students and faculty members from multiple faculties. These events included the participation of deans and senior academic staff, enhancing RevisionSuccess's profile within Thailand's academic community.

The two-month period coincided with significant platform growth for RevisionSuccess. The company reported a 135% increase in new user accounts, a 127% rise in game session activity, and a 112% growth in AI Tutor interactions. The company attributes this measurable progress in part to the efforts and engagement of the intern cohort.

Leadership perspectives

Shane Sutthaporn, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Human Resources at RevisionSuccess, explained the vision underlying the internship initiative. He emphasised mutual benefit as a key principle in the programme's design:

"The main purpose of RevIntern is to bring an exceptional group of students together for a shared purpose: making Thailand's education better. This is a mission I can't do alone. That is why RevisionSuccess needs a team of ambitious young people to fight with us along the journey."
"Our goal is to provide value to all of our interns. Our mission is that everyone who joins leaves here a better version of themselves. We believe strongly in the philosophy of 'the more you give, the more you get.' We've built a system where those who contribute most gain the greatest value."
"I will say that RevIntern is the most successful project I have ever done for RevisionSuccess. RevIntern transformed the team beyond my expectations. We have become an ambitious, dynamic, and synergetic team. RevIntern 1.0 has raised the bar for what student teams can accomplish, and our expectations will only grow from here."

Looking to the future, he set out his expectations for the next phase of the internship:

"RevIntern 2.0 will be where the true progress lies. The strong team from RevIntern 1.0, combined with new minds joining us for 2.0, will bring RevisionSuccess to heights never seen before. Everyone who joins us advances our mission of making education better - and in the process, becomes the 2.0 version of themselves. Expect big outcomes."

Intern perspectives

Ms. Suthra Kijrugkul's work involved outreach and partnerships, giving her exposure to a broader set of skills and activities.

"As part of the outreach team, I researched and evaluated potential partnerships. I was also given opportunities beyond my role, such as leading pilot testing and participating in meetings with important stakeholders. These experiences pushed me out of my comfort zone and strengthened skills like public speaking. RevisionSuccess is the perfect place to put classroom learning into practice."

Mr. Prewitt Shah commented on the opportunity to apply process optimisation skills in a start-up environment.

"Over the past few months, I've been able to bring my passion for streamlining into real-world application. Leading the optimization project showed me how a startup ecosystem operates, and gave me the chance to solve real problems. I'm grateful for the journey and excited to keep breaking milestones with RevisionSuccess."

Ms. Jenitta Lertworayarn, engaged in growth initiatives, highlighted the difference between university learning and the practical experience gained during the internship.

"My time at RevisionSuccess allowed me to adapt knowledge into action and contribute to the company's progress. It's an experience far beyond university learning, and I believe it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be immersed in a startup environment."

Programme close and next steps

The close of RevIntern 1.0 was marked by a celebratory dinner and karaoke evening attended by interns, company founders, and team members. The event was an opportunity to recognise shared achievements and the connections formed during the programme.

Recruitment for RevIntern 2.0 is already complete. The next internship cohort, made up of both returning and new members, will participate in the upcoming phase running from 1 September to 31 October 2025. The company expects the expanded group to support further advances in outreach, platform development, and strategic growth initiatives.
