RevisionSuccess & Chulalongkorn University drive AI learning
RevisionSuccess has commenced its partnership with Chulalongkorn University's Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into student learning experiences.
The collaboration was introduced through a workshop entitled "AIvolution in Education", aimed at second-year pharmaceutical sciences students, with the objective of demonstrating how AI applications can transform traditional learning methods. The interactive event involved more than 100 students and was supported by Associate Professor Dr. Chatchai Chaotham, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Workshop engagement
RevisionSuccess's founders, Phonlawat Sirajindapirom and Phuwadit Sutthaporn, alongside interns Suthra Kijrugkul and Jenitta Lertworayarn, led the workshop. The session highlighted practical applications of AI, focusing on enhancing student engagement, simplifying complex subjects, and enabling personalisation within educational content. The approaches demonstrated were presented as potential ways to address challenges such as student disengagement and adapting educational strategies to individual needs.
"Our vision has always been to bridge the gap between traditional education and the digital future," said Phonlawat Sirajindapirom, Co-Founder of RevisionSuccess. "Collaborating with Chulalongkorn University, a symbol of innovation in Thailand, is a major milestone in our journey to reimagine education."
Group participation
Key to the workshop was a large-scale, interactive activity organised by RevisionSuccess and Dr. Chatchai, which allowed over 125 students to engage with the AI-powered platform simultaneously. This session tested the platform's capability to maintain interactivity and engagement with a significant number of participants.
"It was exciting to see how seamlessly the platform engaged such a large group," said Dr. Chatchai Chaotham. "The technology not only worked flawlessly but also kept students actively involved. In education, engagement is often the hardest part - this approach offers a promising solution."
The student response was described as positive, with reports of increased energy and participation during the event. RevisionSuccess intern Suthra Kijrugkul noted the shift in student behaviour:
"At first, some students were hesitant, but once the activity began, their energy shifted. They were smiling, collaborating, and learning in ways that felt both fun and natural."
AI and the learning process
The workshop forms a component of RevisionSuccess's broader plan to showcase and refine AI-powered educational tools in real-world academic settings. The company is focused on demonstrating how its platform may be scalable for various institutional arrangements and subject areas.
Co-Founder Phuwadit Sutthaporn outlined the challenges facing current students and explained the company's motivation for employing AI:
"Students today face unprecedented challenges - from information overload to digital distractions. Our goal is to show how AI can empower students to take control of their learning, without replacing teachers or the human element of education."
Jenitta Lertworayarn, another intern from RevisionSuccess, underscored the value of engagement and accessibility in educational activities:
"We wanted students to see that learning doesn't have to feel static. If we can make challenging subjects like pharmaceutical sciences more approachable, we've succeeded."
Institutional alignment
RevisionSuccess aims to use the outcome of the Chulalongkorn University collaboration as a framework to broaden its presence in Thailand's higher education sector and in similar environments internationally. The company has articulated an ambition to engage with other faculties and institutions to explore AI's broader applications in classroom settings.
"Universities must innovate if they want to remain relevant," added Dr. Chatchai. "By experimenting with AI in education now, we prepare our students for a future where these tools will be part of everyday professional life."
The workshop concluded with a commemorative group photograph of students, faculty, and the RevisionSuccess team, reinforcing the partnership between the university and the technology provider.
