Orange group appoints Bruno Zerbib as CTIO
The Orange group has announced the appointment of Bruno Zerbib as Chief Technology & Innovation Officer (CTIO), effective from 1 June 2023. He will become a member of the Group's Executive Committee and direct innovation across new technologies, such as artificial intelligence and network function virtualization. Bruno joins the Orange group from Schneider Electric, where he was Executive Vice President and Chief Technology and Digital Officer. Here, he led digital transformation business strategy and engineering execution for the group.

Bruno Zerbib is a graduate of TlcomSud Paris and the University of Paris Cit where he specialized in IT. He began his career in 1998 in Silicon Valley where he held several positions at Hewlett Packard and then at Cisco. He moved to Yahoo in 2012 where he led the company's transformation into a cloud-native platform capable of handling over one billion monthly users.
In 2017, Bruno Zerbib joined Altice as Director of Technology and IT. He worked as part of Altice's Global Engineering Innovation division on key topics such as augmented TV experience, technology partnerships and network transformation for all of Altice subsidiaries. In 2018, he joined Schneider Electric as Director of Technology and Digital to provide more efficient, sustainable technological solutions to Schneider Electric customers, in particular by integrating the use of the cloud, artificial intelligence and industrial IoT.
