Nintex announces key executive hires to drive growth & innovation

Wed, 25th Oct 2023

Nintex, the globally recognised name in process intelligence and automation, has announced the appointment of two experienced executives to its leadership team. Neeracha Taychakhoonavudh, presently the head of global customer experience at Asana, joins the Nintex board of directors, while Sean Goldstein, previously with Lucid Software and Salesforce, has been named as the new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Amit Mathradas, Nintex CEO, has expressed his enthusiasm regarding these additions to the team, citing their notable successes and experience in the industry. “Neeracha has a history of building and scaling global customer success teams for high-growth SaaS companies, focusing on how post-sales excellence can drive top-line growth. Her experience, perspective, and passion for building high-performing teams make her a significant addition to Nintex’s board," he says. Mathradas also emphasised Goldstein's impressive career, saying: “He brings to Nintex the experience of leading a SaaS business into and through a period of high growth, creating opportunity through operational rigour and global efficiencies, and seizing upon important inflection points in a market to drive teams and results forward."

Taychakhoonavudh’s significant accomplishments in SaaS companies, particularly her role in transforming Asana’s transition from product-led growth to solutions-led growth, have had a significant impact on her career. While serving as executive vice president of global customer success at Salesforce, her global team achieved more than 30% annual booking growth and a less than 7.5% customer attrition rate, marking the company’s lowest in history.

Taychakhoonavudh expressed her enthusiasm about joining the Nintex team. “In today’s macroeconomic environment, streamlining and automating complex, manual work is a business imperative, with Nintex paving the way to make that happen. The process automation market is at an inflection point. I am thrilled to join the Nintex team to help more businesses make faster progress toward their goals,” she says.

Goldstein also has a significant history in the technology sector, particularly in leadership roles and scaling growth through acquisition. As CRO at Lucid Software, the company saw high growth and its largest revenue quarters in company history. On his new position at Nintex, Goldstein remarks: “Automation will transform how leaders run their businesses; this is a generational inflection point, driven by the advancement of new technologies and our broad readiness to adopt them. We are in a new era of automation and artificial intelligence...Nintex has the platform agility and global experience to help our customers protect their business and adapt quickly."

These latest appointments align with the recent hiring of Nintex Chief Executive Officer Amit Mathradas, Nintex Chief Product Officer Niranjan Vijayaragavan, and Nintex Chief Marketing Officer Mini Peiris. The fresh leadership team indicates that Nintex is innovatively evolving to capitalise on the automation market's opportunities.
