"As a critical manufacturing and logistics hub in the world, we recognise the significance of Asia as a region and its important role in how supply chains function globally – and the pandemic has been a good example in showcasing this," says Travis Erridge, Global CEO, TMX.
"With the region now predicted to contribute about half of the world's trade growth by 2030, TMX looks to play a crucial role in strengthening the agility and resilience of the region's supply chains, and we are pleased to have a strong team of regional industry experts leading the way for us in Asia."
Commenting on his new leadership team in the region, Jones says he looks forward to leading the next era of business and supply chain transformations for customers in the region, especially as the region is now building back from the impacts of the pandemic.
"I am excited to have credible industry leaders, all with strong experience of working globally and in Asia, join a refreshed TMX Asia regional leadership team. Together, we are setting out to accelerate the adoption of digital and supply chain solutions in a diverse region that presents its own unique logistical challenges.
