Kore.ai deepens AWS partnership to boost enterprise AI adoption

Kore.ai and Amazon Web Services are collaborating to accelerate enterprise adoption of artificial intelligence by integrating Kore.ai's agent platform and business solutions with AWS technologies.

The partnership is designed to bring together AWS's cloud infrastructure and Kore.ai's AI platform, with integrations across AWS products such as Bedrock, Amazon Q, and Amazon Connect. These efforts aim to streamline the deployment of AI-enabled solutions for a variety of business use cases, facilitating tailored experiences for both employees and customers.

Kore.ai has previously been recognised with an AWS Innovation Award for "Generative AI/ML Market Disruptor of the Year" in January 2025. Through advanced integration with AWS AI technologies, Kore.ai aims to enhance both customer experience and operational efficiency. The Kore.ai Agent Platform, which includes AI for Work, AI for Service, and AI for Process, is now available via the AWS Marketplace.

The collaboration agreement is structured to provide AWS customers with new options for purchasing and implementing the Kore.ai agent platform and business solutions hosted on AWS. By combining Kore.ai's solutions with AWS infrastructure, the two companies seek to help businesses improve experiences for employees and customers through more efficient, AI-driven operations.

Kore.ai's participation in AWS's ISV Accelerate program will see the company working closely with Amazon's sales teams to pursue joint opportunities. This collaboration is intended to ease the process for customers implementing Kore.ai's AI solutions through AWS Marketplace.

In addition, Kore.ai's involvement in the SaaS Revenue Recognition program supports streamlined and compliant revenue operations. These initiatives are designed to strengthen the working relationship between the two companies and facilitate enterprise-scale deployment of AI solutions.
