Jin Hui marks decade leading North Asia growth at Gallagher

Gallagher Security is marking a decade of leadership and regional contribution from Jin Hui, its Regional Manager for China and North Asia. Jin, who began his journey with the company in 2015, has been credited with significantly strengthening Gallagher's presence across North Asia and now leads its continued expansion into the Chinese market.

Jin first joined the company as a Business Development Manager and swiftly became a key figure within the Asia team. His background in technical systems, paired with a strong customer-focused approach and detailed knowledge of the regional market, helped him rise steadily through the organisation's ranks.

Reflecting on his 10-year journey, Jin said, "I'm proud to have been part of Gallagher's journey over the last decade. It's been incredibly rewarding to work alongside such talented people and contribute to the growth of the North Asia region."

Jin's influence has been felt across Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau. In 2019, he was appointed Regional Manager for North Asia. Most recently, in January 2024, he was promoted to Regional Manager for China and North Asia — a move that aligns with the company's strategic plans for deeper engagement in China.

General Manager for Asia, David Thean, highlighted the significance of Jin's role in Gallagher's regional success. "Jin is a tremendous asset to our team and our business," said Thean.

"His knowledge, passion, and commitment have helped us grow our presence and capability across North Asia, and his leadership as we expand into China will be critical to our continued success," he continued.
