inTechnology marks 25th year with intechnology.com acquisition

Today

inTechnology Distribution has marked its twenty-fifth year of operations by announcing the acquisition of the intechnology.com domain as part of its strategy to expand its global presence.

Since its establishment in 1999, inTechnology Distribution has supplied technology solutions across Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia Pacific region. The company has focused on communications, security, mobility, and location-based services, working with global technology providers such as Spok, Spectralink, Quuppa, AiRISTA Flow, and Sidos Systems.

The acquisition of the intechnology.com domain is intended to support inTechnology's ambitions for international growth and to enhance its digital identity in key markets throughout North America, Asia Pacific, and further afield.

"Reaching our 25th anniversary is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team and the loyalty of our partners and customers," said Mark Winter, Chief Executive Officer of inTechnology Distribution. "Acquiring the intechnology.com domain is not just a milestone; it's a strategic move that aligns with our vision of expanding our global footprint and delivering even greater value to our growing global partners and clients."

inTechnology Distribution has described itself as an organisation dedicated to predicting and delivering technology developments before they become mainstream. The company states that by taking this approach, it has contributed to the growth of digital infrastructure in the regions it serves.

"We don't follow trends; we spark them," said Brandon Winter, Chief Operating Officer. "From the beginning, we have built a culture around anticipating what comes next and moving faster than the market. Our partners know that if they want to stay ahead of the curve, they come to inTechnology. We do not wait for the future; we help create it."

At the heart of the company's operations is a workplace culture which encourages high performance and rewards a proactive approach to challenges. inTechnology credits much of its progress over the past 25 years to this culture, which incorporates both long-serving staff and new team members.

"Our advantage comes from our people," said Brandon Winter. "They are fast, focused, and deeply committed to our partners, our customers, and to one another."

The company has underscored the role of its internal organisation, describing itself as lean and empowered, capable of grasping new opportunities rapidly and operating efficiently compared to larger competitors.

International strategy

The acquisition of the intechnology.com domain is described by the company as a central feature of its international strategy moving forward, designed to deliver a clearer, globally recognised digital identity.

"Securing intechnology.com is not just about branding. It is a statement of intent," said Mark Winter, Chief Executive Officer. "It gives us a unified and globally recognisable digital identity that reflects who we are becoming. A leader in transformative technology distribution on the world stage."

The new domain will serve as the company's primary online platform, aiming to provide enhanced accessibility for partners, customers, and vendors across various regions. The company states that the new digital presence underpins its digital-first approach as it seeks expansion in key global markets.

"This is the beginning of something much bigger," Mark added. "We are entering the next phase with clarity and momentum. The message to the market is simple. We are just getting started."

inTechnology Distribution's customer base includes sectors such as healthcare, correctional services, logistics, and warehousing. Its move to a single, unified digital platform is intended to enhance communication and service delivery to these partners as the company expands its international operations.
