In Marketing We Trust unveils new leaders & advisory board
In Marketing We Trust has announced a series of senior leadership promotions and formed its first advisory board as part of a strategy to support global expansion.
Selina Murray has been promoted to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer, where she will manage global delivery, client services, forecasting, and revenue operations. Murray, who has been with the agency for five years, has played a significant role in scaling internal operations to align with increased client demand across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
Freddy Chanut, the founder of In Marketing We Trust, will move into the position of Executive Chairperson. In his new capacity, Chanut will oversee board-level strategy and focus on driving the company's growth internationally, with an emphasis on the European, North American, and Southeast Asian markets.
Paul Hewett will continue as Chief Executive Officer but will adopt a more client-facing approach, aiming to deepen the company's engagement with clients, global partners, and industry bodies. Hewett's priorities include leading the agency's product development, innovation roadmap, and artificial intelligence strategy.

Andrei Inso has also been promoted to Revenue Operations Manager, reporting to Murray. Inso's new remit covers forecasting, proposal scoping, margin modelling, and resource planning. These tasks are considered crucial to underpinning sustainable company performance and maintaining consistent client delivery standards.
Advisory board introduced
In Marketing We Trust has introduced an advisory board as part of its aim to bolster governance and support long-term strategy. The board consists of several industry veterans.
Andrew (Billy) Baxter, a former CEO of Publicis and Ogilvy and the founder of 24 Hour Business Plan, will join as an advisor. Baxter is set to provide guidance on brand positioning, board governance, and business growth strategy.
Monique Harris, current CEO of Convo Media, also joins the board. Harris brings substantial experience in digital media, programmatic advertising, and content publishing. Her focus as an advisor will lie in scalable operations, revenue strategy, and commercial design.
Damion Brown, founder of Data Runs Deep and a former Managing Director of Jellyfish in Australia and New Zealand, will lend his expertise in analytics and AI-driven marketing. Brown is tasked with advising on data strategy, service innovation, and capability development for the agency.
Bringing Billy, Monique and Damion onto our inaugural advisory board is both an honour and a strategic necessity.
