IFS is a leader in the industry, with a unique customer focus and truly differentiated market position. I am delighted to be on board and looking forward to working with our customers and partners,” remarks Mansour on stepping into her new role, a position central to forging the company's path forward amidst a period of significant expansion and innovation.
Mansour, whose prowess is well-acknowledged in the sector, comes from a rich background of spearheading pivotal roles at renowned multinational software corporations such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft. Welcoming Mansour to the team, Vincent Carvalho, Regional President, APJ, ME and A at IFS, voiced his enthusiasm, stating: “IFS has experienced phenomenal growth and as we continue our trajectory in the region, I am pleased to welcome Hoda to the organisation as Chief Operating Officer.” Carvalho accentuated Mansour's adept leadership qualities, highlighting her “proven track record of leading business transformation and growth, developing world-class teams, and delivering business value to customers,” a skill set that positions her as the ideal figure to propel the company towards its envisioned objectives.
Mansour's journey of professional accolades is not confined to the corporate sphere alone. Apart from having a sterling corporate career, she has served in prestigious roles within the finance and commerce sectors. In March 2023, she took up the mantle as a Non-Executive Board Member of the Commercial International Bank (CIB), and embraced the responsibilities as the Chair of CIB’s Board Sustainability Committee, as well as a member of the Operations and Technology Board Committee. Since June 2021, Mansour has been contributing to the American Chamber of Commerce as a Board of Governors member and held the position of Vice President and Board Member at the German Chamber from September 2020 to September 2022.
