EYDS acquires Kreatif to boost Microsoft tech services

Today

PT Ernst and Young Digital Solutions (EYDS) has acquired PT Kreatif Dinamika Integrasi (Kreatif), strengthening EYDS' technology consulting capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM solutions across Indonesia and Asean.

Through this acquisition, 114 professionals from Kreatif, including its three founders, will now be part of the EYDS Technology Consulting team. The company plans to set up a Centre of Excellence to enhance its services in Microsoft technologies.

The acquisition, effective from 28 February 2025, is significant for EYDS as it enhances the company's competitive positioning and ability to meet client needs in digital transformation. The focus will be strengthening offerings in Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM.

Kreatif, whose portfolio includes recognition as Microsoft's Partner of the Year for Indonesia in 2018 and 2024, brings substantial expertise in Microsoft solutions. The Kreatif founders have integrated into EYDS roles, with two serving as Partners and the third as Executive Director.

Peter Surja, EY Indonesia Country Managing Partner, remarked, "We are thrilled to welcome the Kreatif team into the EY family in Indonesia. This acquisition marks a significant milestone in enhancing EY Technology Consulting capabilities and empowering us to better support our clients' transformation journeys. By integrating Kreatif's expertise with EY resources across the globe and extensive industry insights, we aim to drive greater innovation within our clients' organizations and contribute meaningfully to Indonesia's digital and economic growth."

Galib Machri, Partner at PT Ernst and Young Digital Solutions, added, "This growth reflects our unwavering commitment to help delivering quality and innovation in our services. Collaborating with the EY organization marks an exciting new chapter, unlocking unprecedented opportunities for expansion and development. As a Center of Excellence for Technology Services, we are poised to lead in providing leading-edge solutions, driving transformative digital initiatives, and setting new benchmarks across the industry."

The newly established Centre of Excellence aims to support companies in advanced digital transformation. It will address challenges such as seamless integration of new systems, deploying scalable solutions, change management, optimisation of ERP and CRM systems, and ensuring robust security and compliance frameworks.

In addition to these services, the Centre will focus on cloud migration and optimisation, advanced data and analytics capabilities, and custom application development. It will also provide training and enablement to support internal teams through knowledge transfer, offering end-to-end project support.

The Leadership team from Kreatif will manage the Centre of Excellence, drawing on their extensive experience in Microsoft solutions to ensure clients benefit from high-quality service delivery across the region. The team's integration into EYDS gives additional strength to EY's competitive edge in providing scalable and client-specific solutions throughout Indonesia and the broader Asean region.

Gaurav Modi, EY Asean Consulting Leader, stated, "Over the past few years, EY Consulting has experienced rapid growth across Asean, particularly in digital transformation, innovation, data and AI, and cybersecurity. Indonesia has been one of the highest growth regions in Asean for EY Consulting, and this acquisition adds additional capabilities to not only serve the local market but act as a Center of Excellence to support the rest of the EY network in Asean. This initiative enables us to deliver more innovative, scalable, and impactful digital transformation services to our clients. This strategic move underscores the EY network's unwavering dedication to Indonesia and the Asean region, reaffirming our vision to support clients in navigating complex challenges and unlocking new opportunities through leveraging Microsoft solutions."
