FYI, this story is more than a year old

Exclusive Networks, a leading cybersecurity specialist for digital infrastructure, has announced the appointment of Andrew Assad as the new Senior Vice President of APAC (Asia-Pacific). Assad will be a key addition to Exclusive Networks' Executive Committee and will report directly to Jesper Trolle, the company's Chief Executive Officer.

With a career spanning 18 years, Assad has amassed extensive experience in fostering innovation and value creation. Prior to this appointment, he held multiple senior roles at Arrows ECS, with his most recent position being Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). Renowned as an "inspirational leader," Assad has an impressive record of delivering significant commercial results and managing high-performance teams.

Jesper Trolle, CEO of Exclusive Networks, shared his enthusiasm about the new appointment: "I'm thrilled to have Andrew joining Exclusive Networks' Executive Committee and I'm confident that, with his leadership, our business in APAC will continue to thrive as we pursue our mission to be the go-to specialist in 'trusted digital infrastructure'. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Brad, who has been instrumental in structuring our presence and developing a strong service culture, in the region."

The appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Exclusive Networks, as the company sets its sights on the APAC region as a key driver for future growth. Assad will be taking the reins of a well-structured organisation with a strong services culture. His predecessor, Brad Gray, who was the Senior Vice President for APAC, has decided to leave the company to pursue other opportunities. Gray was praised by Trolle for his role in developing a strong services culture and structuring the company's regional presence.

For his part, Andrew Assad is looking forward to his new role and the challenges that come with it. He comments: "I am delighted to be joining the Exclusive Networks' Executive Committee and thrilled at the opportunity to lead the business in APAC. I jumped at the chance to once again work with Jesper Trolle and I'm excited to meet and collaborate with our team, our vendors and partners as we plan for a future focused on growth and innovation."

As Exclusive Networks continues to evolve and expand, Assad's leadership is expected to bring new energy and strategic direction to the company's operations in the APAC region. The move is in line with the company's overall strategy to establish itself as the preeminent specialist in trusted digital infrastructure. With the combination of Assad's proven track record and Exclusive Networks' strong services culture, the future looks promising for the cybersecurity specialist's ambitions in the Asia-Pacific area.
