CI&T launches AI powered delivery centre in the Philippines
CI&T, a global player in AI-powered digital transformation, has announced the launch of its latest AI Powered Delivery Centre in the Philippines, reinforcing its growth ambitions in the Asia-Pacific region. The new facility, located just outside of Manila, will assemble a team of highly skilled professionals to utilise cutting-edge technologies and advanced AI for client innovation and success. This move underscores the firm's commitment to broadening its regional footprint with established centres in key locations such as Australia, Japan, and China.
"The launch of our Delivery Centre in the Philippines represents a significant step forward in CI&T's growth ambitions in the region," said Felipe Rubim, SVP for CI&T in Asia Pacific. "By starting our new delivery centre with AI capabilities, we are unlocking new possibilities and revolutionising the way we serve our clients. The Philippines' workforce, powered by CI&T/Flow, our enterprise-ready AI platform that integrates AI agents and humans to enable hyper-productivity, improve quality, and accelerate delivery times, will enable us to deliver even more impactful and efficient solutions to our clients in Australia and elsewhere."
The establishment of the Philippines Delivery Centre aligns with CI&T's mission to provide a diverse and talented workforce. This strategy follows the successful acquisition of Transpire in Australia in 2022. The Delivery Centre is slated for significant growth by the close of 2024, further strengthening CI&T's presence in the region.
CI& CEO Cesa Gon remarked on the firm's unique approach, "Our 'right-shore' approach ensures the best outcomes for our clients, regardless of geographical location. The addition of the Philippines Delivery Centre further strengthens our regional capabilities, allowing us to provide cost-effective solutions, foster hybrid teams, and promote end-to-end collaboration and innovation powered by advanced AI technologies."
The new AI-Powered Delivery Centre in the Philippines will not only support projects within the Asia-Pacific region but will also extend its assistance to other CI&T regions, such as the United States. With its strategic location and a highly skilled workforce embracing the power of AI, the centre is poised to play an essential role in delivering transformative digital solutions to a diverse range of clients across the globe. This marks a substantial milestone in CI&T's commitment to harnessing the power of artificial intelligence and automation in its service offerings.
