Bangkok launches first AI-centred high school with new academy
RevisionSuccess and House of Griffin have collaborated to launch HOG International Academy in Bangkok, marking Thailand's first high school built around artificial intelligence as an integral part of its teaching model.
This partnership brings together student-led EdTech company RevisionSuccess and House of Griffin to create a secondary school where AI is embedded across the curriculum, aiming to deliver a personalised and adaptive educational experience for students.
The project was introduced at HOG International Academy through a workshop attended by educators, innovators, and school leaders, who explored the potential for AI to reshape classroom practices and student outcomes in Thailand and beyond.
RevisionSuccess co-founders Phonlawat Sirajindapirom and Chotiwith Chotiheerunyasakaya spoke at the event, explaining how their AI-driven education tools will support HOG's approach to data-informed instruction. HOG International Academy will serve as a pilot school, becoming the first in the country to formally implement these tools across its high school curriculum.
Phonlawat Sirajindapirom, co-founder of RevisionSuccess, said, "We believe AI is not just an enhancement, but a foundation for the future of learning. At HOG, the classroom becomes a dynamic environment where every student receives instruction, feedback, and support tailored to their pace and potential."
The school's model extends beyond conventional e-learning platforms, aiming to weave AI technologies directly into classroom operations. Teachers at HOG will utilise these systems for functions such as performance diagnostics, personalised assignments, content recommendations, and analytics that inform both instruction and intervention.
In practice, RevisionSuccess's platform automates routine administrative tasks for teachers, monitors student progress in real time, and suggests adaptive pathways based on each pupil's performance data. This approach, the founders argue, strengthens the role of educators rather than diminishing it.
"This is not about automating teachers out of the classroom," said Chotiwith Chotiheerunyasakaya, co-founder of RevisionSuccess. "It's about amplifying their impact. With the right AI tools, teachers gain superpowers — they can focus more on mentorship, creative instruction, and individual student needs."
Santivipa Phanichkul, Founder of House of Griffin and HOG International Academy, reinforced that technology's purpose is to empower teachers and support student achievement, not to automate away the teaching role.
"We want AI to assist teachers in teaching — not replace them," said Phanichkul. "Our goal is to create a learning environment where technology empowers educators and enables students to thrive."
Phanichkul, who has led House of Griffin to national recognition, views HOG International Academy as an opportunity to redefine high school education for the current century, integrating technology with a commitment to academic quality.
The launch event featured participation from Prof. Worsak Kanok-Nukulchai, Chair of the Board at HOG International Academy and former President of the Asian Institute of Technology. He stressed the need to ensure that AI integration serves to enrich learning experiences and is implemented with care and responsibility.
RevisionSuccess and House of Griffin agreed to continue close cooperation in refining the use of AI in classrooms, measuring its impact, and evaluating future expansion possibilities both within Thailand and regionally. HOG is collaborating with the RevisionSuccess team on the school's first AI-powered academic cycle, with early implementation of the platform underway.
RevisionSuccess, a company established by students for the benefit of students, aims to develop AI-powered tools that enhance individualised and engaging learning for high school students. The company's technologies deploy adaptive learning engines and intelligent tutoring systems designed to complement teachers' instructional roles.
"This partnership with House of Griffin and HOG International Academy represents a bold step forward," said Sirajindapirom. "We're excited to show what's possible when student-led innovation meets visionary institutional leadership."
HOG International Academy will welcome its inaugural cohort of students equipped with RevisionSuccess's technologies in the upcoming academic cycle. This initiative signals an effort to redefine the intersection of technology, pedagogy, and student success in Thailand's education system.
The ongoing partnership is being positioned as a potential reference point for other education systems in the region that are considering how AI tools can support inclusion, efficiency, and outcomes for students and teachers alike.
