FYI, this story is more than a year old

Building operator and flexible coworking space provider ATLASPACE has launched a new corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative to support a not-for-profit youth ice hockey association in Hong Kong.

The Hong Kong Typhoons Ice Hockey team will benefit from additional support, resources for training, and the opportunity to meet entrepreneurs and business leaders at ATLASPACE's centre in Harbour City.

"ATLASPACE is committed to supporting the community through a wide spectrum of CSR initiatives,” comments ATLASPACE vice president Taveephol Chardtumrong.

“We are thrilled to work with the Hong Kong Typhoons Ice Hockey, one of the most established youth ice hockey associations in Hong Kong, providing opportunities for Hong Kong youth to unleash their potential and showcase their talents. With the support of the professional coaching team, we believe the youth can shine bright on the ice. We look forward to engaging in more partnerships that bring positive impacts to the community."

The Hong Kong Typhoons Ice Hockey Club chief executive officer Erik Leung says the club is excited to ATLASPACE as the latest team sponsor of the City League season.

"As the largest youth ice hockey club in Hong Kong, we strive to bring not only a safe and fun environment for kids to play ice hockey but also as a means to learn life skills," Leung added. "This partnership supports us to build up their confidence, discipline and teamwork. We would like to take this opportunity to thank ATLASPACE for the support of youth sports in Hong Kong!"

As part of its CSR commitment, ATLASPACE sponsors a wide range of charitable initiatives.

Recently, ATLASPACE had been the venue sponsor of "Orbis World Sight Day 2019" and "Facebook x The Women's Foundation #SheMeansBusiness Workshop".

ATLASPACE says it will continue to actively support the community and inspire members, employees and partners to give back to the community.
