AI-hybrid school pilot sees RevisionSuccess partner with HOG
RevisionSuccess has entered into a partnership with HOG International Academy to introduce Thailand's first AI-hybrid school.
The agreement, formalised in a Memorandum of Understanding, will see the two organisations collaborate on a nine-month pilot scheme beginning in January 2026. RevisionSuccess, a student-led education technology venture established by entrepreneurs from Chulalongkorn University, will integrate its AI-based platform within HOG International Academy's Learning Management System.
Aim and mission
The initiative aims to address several persistent issues in Thai education, including teacher shortages and unequal access to quality instruction. It also seeks to demonstrate the effectiveness of AI in personalising and enhancing the learning experience.
Phonlawat Sirajindapirom, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RevisionSuccess, said:
"Our mission is to enable students to study faster, easier and smarter using new technology. Partnering with HOG International Academy allows us to showcase how AI can transform the classroom experience for both students and teachers."
Integration and collaboration
The commencement of the partnership featured intensive discussions covering AI-supported teaching strategies, ways to empower teachers, and the design of learning experiences customised for individual students. RevisionSuccess's technical team spent time interviewing both students and teachers to gather valuable insights for adapting the AI platform to meet specific classroom needs within the academy.
Ms. Santivipa Phanichkul, Founder and Chair of the Board at HOG International Academy, highlighted the importance of maintaining a human focus as technology is introduced into teaching methods:
"AI should make teaching more human, not less. Through this collaboration, our educators gain tools that make learning more human, personalised and effective."
Setting a new standard
Senior representatives from both organisations, including Ms. Tina Phanichkul, Chief Executive Officer of HOG International Academy, participated in the signing. The leadership team emphasised their intent for a long-term partnership that could reshape educational delivery in Thailand.
Phuwadit Sutthaporn, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of RevisionSuccess, stressed the broader ambitions of the collaboration:
"The mission of both our organisations is to prove that Thai students can be greater than any nation. With innovation and technology, RevisionSuccess and HOG International Academy are creating a new standard of learning to ensure every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential."
Implementation phases
The pilot will be rolled out in several phases, beginning with integrating the RevisionSuccess platform into the current digital infrastructure at HOG International Academy. The second phase will focus on training teachers to utilise AI features effectively, aiming to support rather than replace their instructional roles. Ongoing data collection and feedback from teachers and students will inform refinements in the third phase.
A technical team member from RevisionSuccess explained the company's approach to introducing the technology:
"Understanding the unique needs of educators and students is paramount to our success. We're not just implementing technology; we're creating a collaborative ecosystem where AI enhances human teaching capabilities."
Personalised learning
The AI-operated system will use algorithms to develop learning pathways tailored for individual pupils, allowing them to progress at a personalised rate. The system is also expected to provide real-time academic tracking, enabling early identification of learning gaps by teachers. Additionally, students across multiple subjects will have access to interactive tools designed to clarify challenging content.
HOG International Academy, known for its focus on educational innovation, provides the infrastructure and curriculum required for the pilot. For RevisionSuccess, the project signals a step towards realising its objective of using technology to democratise access to high-quality education throughout Thailand, for learners regardless of their location or financial situation.
National agenda alignment
The partnership aligns with Thailand's ambitions to become a regional leader in digital and educational technology. The organisations intend for the pilot to serve as a model for AI implementation in classrooms throughout Southeast Asia.
According to the two organisations involved, the alliance is not about choosing between AI and traditional teaching, but rather about enhancing the strengths of both. The approach places teachers at the centre of learning while equipping them with advanced tools to improve educational outcomes for students.
The outcome of the pilot will inform further deployments and may contribute to broader educational reform initiatives in Thailand.
