Vectra AI unveils Clarity Program to boost MSSP cyber services

Vectra AI has announced the launch of its Vectra AI Clarity Program for Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP), aiming to assist MSSPs in meeting the rising demand for extended detection and response (XDR) solutions.

The programme offers flexible security solutions and predictability in profit margins, tailored to the specific needs of end users.

The increasing reliance on MSSPs for comprehensive cybersecurity services is driving this launch. The Vectra AI Clarity Program distinguishes itself by allowing MSSPs to offer customised XDR platforms that include Network Detection and Response (NDR) and Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR). This approach eschews preset bundles, giving customers the flexibility to choose solutions that best meet their specific requirements. This customisation aims to drive predictable margins and enable MSSPs to manage resources more effectively while retaining control over their technology stacks and brand representations.

Randy Schirman, Vice President of Worldwide Channels and Alliances at Vectra AI, highlighted the importance of MSSP partnerships in the company's growth strategy. The programme's extended Service Level Agreements (SLAs) provide multi-year, multi-platform benefits, aiming to enhance customer retention and service quality. Premium support services, including expedited warranties, back-to-back escalation, and operational support, are also part of this offering. These services are designed to support MSSPs from initial set-up to day-to-day operations and problem resolution.

The Vectra AI Clarity Program offers flexible pricing models, allowing MSSPs to choose between per-IP or account-based pricing, with annual or multi-year subscription options available.
