Thu, 16th Oct 2025

Renato Garcia has been reappointed as Country Manager for Exclusive Networks in the Philippines as the company seeks to expand its regional presence and strengthen partnerships with international cybersecurity vendors.

Garcia returns to Exclusive Networks following a previous thirteen-year tenure from 2008 to 2021, during which he played a key role in growing the company's operations and establishing its position in the Philippine cybersecurity sector.

Returning leadership

Garcia is tasked with spearheading a new phase of growth for Exclusive Networks, focusing particularly on broadening the company's operations into the central economic hubs of Cebu and Metro Davao. He previously served as the Philippines Managing Director at Westcon-Comstor.

"It feels great to be back home at Exclusive Networks, and I'm more determined than ever to deliver a new level of success for our partners, customers and solidify our position as the Philippines' go-to cybersecurity Value-Added Distributor (VAD). We are driving a new phase of growth, expanding our national footprint into key economic hubs like Cebu and Metro Davao to empower businesses across the country to navigate the modern threat landscape and grow securely," said Renato Garcia, Country Manager for the Philippines at Exclusive Networks.

The reappointment forms part of Exclusive Networks' strategy to accelerate its services-led approach. As cyber threats become increasingly sophisticated, Garcia's leadership is expected to help local enterprises strengthen their digital defences.

Strategic partnerships

One of Garcia's primary objectives is to expand collaboration with major cybersecurity vendors. The company is focusing on partnerships with firms such as Palo Alto Networks, F5, CrowdStrike, and SentinelOne. Exclusive Networks plans to introduce new solutions to address the rapidly evolving threat environment and enhance its market penetration through channel expansion.

With support from its engineering team, the company will focus on advanced implementation and managed security services, aiming to help businesses fortify their technological infrastructure and support government initiatives to boost national digital security.

Asia Pacific focus

Bennett Wong, Senior Vice President for the Asia Pacific region at Exclusive Networks, commented on Garcia's return, highlighting the company's commitment to strengthening its position in the market and focusing on a services-first strategy.

"We are delighted to welcome Renato as Country Manager for the Philippines. With his extensive industry experience and proven leadership, I am confident he will accelerate our 'services-first' strategy and further strengthen our position as a leading cybersecurity specialist in the region. Renato's appointment reflects our commitment to investing in local leadership, expanding our regional capabilities, and driving the next phase of hypergrowth for Exclusive Networks across Asia Pacific," said Bennett Wong, Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific, Exclusive Networks.

Exclusive Networks operates globally with offices in over 45 countries and serves customers in more than 170 countries. Services provided include managed security, specialist technical training, and technical accreditation across evolving technologies.

Industry background

Garcia brings more than 20 years of experience in information technology and services. His earlier leadership in the channel ecosystem and his efforts to establish Exclusive Networks' domestic profile have been acknowledged in the industry. His return is seen as reinforcing the company's dedication to local expertise and service-driven market leadership.

The company's immediate objectives under Garcia's leadership include expanding its reach in central and southern regions of the Philippines, rolling out new solutions through its vendor alliances, and contributing to upskilling local businesses to respond to emerging cybersecurity threats.
