Krenovator launches AI platform to streamline global recruitment

Krenovator has unveiled HastyHire, an AI agent interviewer platform aimed at speeding up and streamlining recruitment processes for companies across multiple sectors. The platform focuses on automating interviews, assessing candidate suitability, and generating comprehensive reports to aid decision-making.

Platform capabilities

HastyHire offers AI-led video interviews, automated candidate analysis against job descriptions, curriculum vitae and interview responses, and provides hiring managers with a 360-degree evaluation report. The system's bias detection and red flag alert features are designed to help employers identify potential issues early in the recruitment cycle.

The platform supports interviews in over 70 languages and provides reports with quantitative scores and alerts. It is accessible on a pay-per-use basis and can be integrated with existing applicant tracking, HR, and ERP systems. HastyHire is compatible with devices and is built for both technical and non-technical users.

Reducing screening time

Employers can set up open positions, distribute interview links, and receive structured candidate assessments in a matter of minutes. Krenovator reports that early adopters have achieved up to a 90% reduction in time spent on candidate screening. The company also notes a 70% interview completion rate and improvements in matching suitable candidates to roles. During its beta testing period, HastyHire facilitated over 150,000 interviews in seven months, with large employers in Malaysia, the Middle East, and Europe utilising the service.

According to Mahadhir Yunus, Chief Executive Officer of Krenovator, "Candidate screening is time-intensive and often subjective when done through conventional interviews, posing a challenge to many managers and recruiters across the industry. HastyHire addresses this head-on, using measurable, data-driven outcomes that make the process more efficient and fairer. It's more than a chatbot, it's a proprietary AI agent that understands hiring workflows and adds real business value from the start."

Diversity and inclusion

Krenovator positions HastyHire as a tool to support diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives, arguing that standardised candidate evaluation and bias detection can create a more consistent and fair process. Roles supported span both technical and non-technical disciplines, including software development, AI engineering, data roles, marketing, and sales.

Market reach

The initial focus for HastyHire is the Southeast Asian market, particularly Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, with ongoing expansion plans for the Middle East and Europe. Krenovator plans to onboard 500 companies and facilitate one million completed interviews within two years.
